Rental, Deposit & Reservation Information: Nov 2009 - April 2010

• 3 Nights: $375 / night + $150 cleaning fee
• 4 Nights: $345 / night (no cleaning fee)
• 5 Nights: $290 / night (no cleaning fee)
• 6 Nights: $250 / night (no cleaning fee)
• Holiday weeks: $325 / night - 6 day minimum
• $300 damage deposit
  
• $150 cleaning fee always applies when pets tag along, additional deposit may be required
